2 Broke Girls Makeup Looks

Season 6 of 2 Broke Girls ended last April, and I’ve been missing it ever since. I really love Max Black’s signature dark lip and cat eye, and Caroline Channing’s bronze complexion and hot pink lips have really started to grow on me. For this post, I’ll be sharing my take on both their makeup looks.

For Max Black’s look, I thought I would start with a dewy base. I noticed that her skin looks super natural and glowy, so I decided to prime my skin with my Too Faced Hangover Primer, and even out my complexion with my Glossier Skin Perfecting Tint. The Skin Tint is very dewy, but it barely has any coverage, so I concealed my zits and dark circles with my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer. I set my T-zone and undereyes with my trusty Laura Mercier Translucent Powder, making sure not to mattify my cheeks. Max’s contour is extremely subtle, so with a light hand, I used the shade Fawn from my Anastasia Contour Kit to contour my cheeks and nose. I used my Yves Rocher Blush in Rouge to give me Max’s pink flush, and I highlighted my cheeks with a combination of the Benefit Watt’s Up Cream Highlighter and the MAC Mineralized Skin Finish in Soft & Gentle.

I lightly filled in my brows with my Anastasia Brow Powder Duo in Granite. For eyeshadow, I used the shade Tempera on my lids and Warm Taupe to define my crease; both shades from the Anastasia Modern Renaissance Palette.

I gave myself Max’s cat eye with my Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner. For mascara, I used the Maybelline Lash Discovery to lengthen my lashes. Lastly, to emulate Max’s signature dark lip, I used my MAC lipstick in Diva. It’s an intense reddish-burgundy and I think it’s very close to Max’s lip color on the show.

For Caroline Channing’s look, I thought I would start with the most luxurious foundation I own (it is Caroline Channing, after all). To even out my skin, I used my Chanel Vitalumière Aqua Foundation. It has a semi-matte finish, and it’s lightweight, but still provides great coverage. I concealed my undereyes with my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer. I set my whole face with my Laura Mercier Translucent Powder, then I bronzed up my skin with my Benefit Hoola Bronzer. I also used it to contour my nose and cheeks, so it gave me a warm overall complexion. I added a bit of color to my cheeks with my NARS Blush in Gina, and I completely skipped highlighter.

I used the Benefit Gimme Brow Volumizing Eyebrow Gel to fill in my brows. I like this product because it looks super natural and is really easy to apply. For my eyes, I used a combination of Side Car and Half Baked on my lids, then Buck on my creases; all these shades are from the Urban Decay Naked Palette.

I used my my Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner to line my eyes, making sure not to go past the lashline. To volumize my lashes, I used my Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara. As for the lips, I gave myself Caroline’s hot pink lip color with my Yves Rocher Grand Rouge Lipstick in Rouge Gourmand. It’s very flattering and not scary at all to wear.

So that’s it for my post! I hope you liked it! Doing these looks and writing this post has gotten me really excited for the next season of 2 Broke Girls, and I can’t wait for it to air!
