I Scream for Eye Cream: A Review of Rraw PH’s Tea Butter

Eye cream has been an essential part of my skincare routine for many years. I used to look for products that would fade my dark circles, but once I realized that they were due to genetics and not from lack of sleep, I began to look for simple creams that would at least moisturize my under eye area. I saw the Tea Butter on Rraw PH and I couldn’t resist getting my hands on it. I’ve used it for months, and in this post, I’ll be talking about my  experience with it.

The Zulu Eye Shadow Palette by Juvia’s Place

I have way too many eye shadow palettes as it is, but that didn’t stop me from acquiring The Zulu Eye Shadow Palette by Juvia’s Place. I was debating on whether to get this or the mini Masquerade Palette (also by Juvia’s Place), and I ultimately decided on The Zulu because, while the Masquerade Palette has a lot of bright, bold, colors, it also has some neutral shades. I only really needed brighter colors, so the choice was easy to make. In this post, I’ll be talking about The Zulu Palette and my experience with it.

Battle of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kits: Ultimate Glow Vs. Aurora

You all must know by now that I have an obsession with highlighter. I love layering them on, and I’m always in awe by how a touch of shimmer can add an extra dimension to the face. For this post, I’ll be talking about and comparing the two glow kits I always reach for when I do my makeup: the Anastasia Beverly Hills Ultimate Glow Kit and Aurora Glow Kit.

Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation

Rihanna has changed the game with the recent launch of her new makeup line, Fenty Beauty. She’s come out with highlighters, brushes, and contour sticks, but I think the pièce de résistance of her new line is the Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation. Being new to the makeup game didn’t stop RiRi from launching 40 different shades for her foundation line. The inclusivity of Fenty Beauty is impressive and praiseworthy, and I’m sure many other people of color would agree with me. With this said, I had to get one of the foundations for myself, so I ordered one from Sephora.ph, and now I’ll share my thoughts on it in this post.

Let’s Talk About Cleansing Oil

I don’t know about you, but I always hate the hassle of removing makeup, especially eye makeup. Thankfully, cleansing oil exists! Cleansing oil is a lazy girl’s saving grace when it comes to removing makeup. Don’t be intimidated by the word oil. What makes cleansing oil so great is that it rinses off very easily. In this post, I’ll be talking about the one I’ve been using recently: the Bioré Cleansing Oil.

A Review of the Happy Skin Express Gel Polish 2-In-1 Base + Color In Queen Of His Heart

I’ve never been one to fuss over my nails. I usually just like to keep them short and clean, but lately I’ve been curious about Happy Skin’s fairly new addition to their cosmetic line: the Express Gel Polish. I decided to pick up the shade Queen Of His Heart, which is a part of their Bridal Collection, and in this post, I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the polish.

The Casual Black Lip

There’s nothing more intimidating than stark, black lips. Because of its boldness, it can be difficult to figure out how to work a black lip look. 5 Moisturizers That Are Great For Oily Skin

Even if you have oily skin, you still need to use moisturizer. This must be one of the most overused sentences said by beauty gurus everywhere. As overused as it is, it still rings true, and a surprising amount of people think that because they have oily skin, they don’t need moisturizer. Well, guess what? Since your skin produces sebum to add moisture to your face, then that means that an overactive oil gland is compensating for a lack of moisture and hydration. Adding a moisturizer to your skincare routine will actually help control and lessen sebum production. If you’re not sure how to pick a moisturizer, then you’ve come to the right place! Here’s a list of moisturizers that are great for oily skin. I’ve tried and tested a lot of moisturizers, and I find the ones listed below helped best to control my skin.

Fashion Favorite: I.M. Presa Circle Shawls

When it comes to keeping myself warm, I’ve always been a cardigan type of girl. Scarves and shawls were reserved only for those who actually experience winter weather and, well, the Titas of Manila. It was only last month that I started getting into the whole scarf look, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. The particular brand of scarves I’m really into is I.M. Presa Circle Shawls.
